Khalsa Guroove

First introduced to music by his grandparents inside the Seikh temples in 1974 it was at the age of 9 that he realised his love for music and singing. By the age of 18 he'd gone through punk, break-dancing, body-popping and listening to Motorhead and AC/DC. It was his eighteenth year that proved a big turning point in his musical direction. Marvin Gaye became his idol, and a coincidental meeting with a Karate instructor come jazz pianist and musician ment that he was destined to combine his music with the philiosophies of the martial arts. While tackling some of life's biggest questions his songs remain uplifting and meaningful as his music gurooves to Soul, Reggae, Urban and Indian influences.
